When transiting to a healthier lifestyle, it is important to set a realistic goal for your new lifestyle. Your goal should be unique to YOU, and not to anyone else – remember, it’s YOUR journey, not others.
It is encouraged to research the origins of foods that you would like to begin eating or begin eating more of. You should also consider watching videos related to the food industry as a confirmation for why change may be needed in your “live-it”
